Being a Development Associate at Hanover Research (New York office)

I have been lucky to grow in a variety of ways within the Hanover team in the last year. I have worn many hats and have had opportunities to learn a variety of new skills. One in particular that I have found to be incredibly valuable is the ability to communicate with senior level leadership at some of the world’s largest brands and companies, and articulate concisely the way in which Hanover will add value to their business. Our ability to take a consultative approach when deducing problems within organizations, suggest opportunities to address those problems, and help businesses adapt and transform in today’s digital world is exciting. I feel as though I have a hand in transforming business structure in small and large ways, and assisting top tier contacts with understanding better how their business operates and what it needs to grow. This skill is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life, and more importantly, I can use this skill within many fields to help leaders and other individuals find better and smarter ways of accomplishing their goals.
