We promote interdepartmental team-building activities that serve to better our firm as well as each participating individual.
Hanover Research employees enjoy activities and perks ranging from team-based learning sessions to in-office Wii tournaments to catered lunches “just because.” Hanover also gives back!
Annual Day of Service: Hanover employees get the day off every summer to volunteer with organizations in the community. Some serve at local schools, others work with the furry critters at the Washington Humane Society, complete a trail cleanup, or put together food packages for the Arlington Food Assistance Center.
Monthly Community Service: Hanover offers community service opportunities every month! Events benefit great organizations such as Martha’s Table, Arlington Food Assistance Center, Doorways for Women and Families, SMYAL (Supporting and Mentoring Youth Advocates and Leaders), and House of Ruth.
