Q&A with Reid Imamura, a Business Development Associate on the corporate team, based out of New York:
What’s been your most memorable experience with Hanover, to date?
Being a part of my first deal was pretty memorable. Seeing top of funnel outreach turn into Hanover revenue was really refreshing and affirmed my perspective on the importance of the development associate’s role.
What skills can new Hanoverians expect to learn?
By having a monthly goal, it teaches associates about effective time management. For instance, a productive day will turn into a productive week. String together a few productive weeks and you’ll be at your monthly goal. The development associate role will also teach associates about healthy professional persistence.
Why should graduates at your alma mater be interested in working at Hanover?
Hanover is an excellent place to refine your sales acumen. All of Hanover’s sales directors are great at what they do and are more than happy to lean in on your professional development.
How would you describe Hanover’s culture?
The associate culture is great. We are all in the trenches together and collaboration is always encouraged.
