Members of the Account Management team are goal-oriented individuals who have the ability to serve as the face of the Hanover partnership and a desire to develop a diverse skill set that will serve useful in nearly any profession.

The Strategy and New Product Development team is responsible for driving Hanover’s short- and long-term growth strategy by developing new products and services, enhancing existing services in Hanover’s portfolio, and partnering with functions across the firm to identify and implement additional non-product opportunities for growth and optimization. Strategy and New Product Development team members are skilled in rigorous analysis, creative problem-solving, and exceptional communication.
The Operations team is Hanover’s backbone, touching all aspects of our daily business functions. From providing analytics to senior staff to managing internal databases to day-to-day office management, the Operations team provides crucial support that sustains Hanover’s growth. Roles within the Operations department include: Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Administrative Support.
The Sales and Development team builds upon our impressive client base of 800 organizations spanning over 15 major industries. This team is comprised of passionate individuals who can recognize needs within an organization and articulate how our solutions can address those challenges successfully – thus having the ability to act as an expert market research consultant within one of our core markets.
Research is our bread and butter. This team is responsible for creating the customized tools and resources that our clients rely on to make business decisions. Our Researchers are intellectually curious, motivated to produce high-impact reports, and skilled in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
